The Firm
Svertilov Marine Consulting staff has more than 20 years of
professional experience as P&I Correspondents and providing
P&I services to Underwriters, Shipowners, Shipping Lines and
their P&I, insurance and claims divisions. We also provide
marine consulting service and support of P&I Clubs and
Shipowners in cargo inspections, investigations, all kinds of
marine survey, loss prevention and risk assessment, crew
claims, medical cases, repatriations, legal consulting and
representation, etc. We offer value added service and work
exclusively for P&I Clubs and their Members.

and trained with marine, legal and commercial experience. Our
claims executives regularly attend P&I training courses in leading
P&I Clubs and participates in training programs, conferences

Our office located in Odessa – main port and marine capital
of Ukraine. We are working in all ports of Ukraine, such as
Odessa, Chornomorsk, Yuzhny, Kherson, Dnepro-Bugskiy,
Nikolayev, Olvia, Mariupol and Berdyansk (Azov Sea region),
ports on Danube River: Izmail and Reni. Being in permanent
contact with our Principals we provide service on a 24/7 basis.
