All our staff are skilled claim executives, internationally certified
and trained with marine, legal and commercial experience. Our
claims executives regularly attend P&I training courses in
leading P&I Clubs and participates in training programs,
conferences and loss prevention seminars.
The Team.
We participate in Shipowners’ training programs, workshops in order to sharing our knowledge and experience
and improve the professional qualification of Shipowners’ marine personnel. In our activity, we also cooperate with
PEME accredited clinics, medical facilities in order to provide support of our Principals in handling personal injury
claims, arrangement investigations and independent medical assessments of seafarers and provide medical
consulting service in medical cases and legal advice.

Pavel
has
been
involved
into
P&I
industry
for
over
20
years
having
gained
a
higher
degree
with
honours
in
Law
from
Odessa
National
University.
Pavel
started
his
career
as
a
marine
lawyer
and
continued
as
a
P&I
Correspondent
since
2003.
In
1997
Pavel
passed
qualification
exam
at
Odessa
Bar
Association
and
obtained
attorney-at-Law
certificate.
In
2003
Pavel
passed
Residential
Training
Course
in
P&I
Insurance
and
Loss
Prevention
at
the
North
of
England
P&I
Association
and
in
2012
passed
the
training
as
a
surveyor
on
the
Cygnus
Hatch
Sure
Testing.
In
2018
Pavel
passed
SKULD
P&I
courses.
Pavel
is
a
member
of
Nautical
Institute
(London)
and
he
is
author
of
P&I
newsletters
with
information
about
developments
in
Black
Sea
region
and
training
programmes
for
marine
fleet
personnel
and
Loss
Prevention
bulletins.
Pavel
deals
with
all
aspects
of
Company's
activity,
involved
in
all
type
of
P&I
claims,marine
legal
consulting,
disputes
with
authorities,
FDD
and
other
claims.
Pavel
increasing
professional
qualification
for
the
P&I
industry
by
means
of
participation
the
International
Group’s
P&I
Qualification
(P&IQ)
programme
and
he
passed
P&IQ
Exams
for
Modules
(1,2,3)
and
has
P&IQ
Certificates.
Natalia Svertilova
Director
Natalia
has
been
involved
into
P&I
industry
for
over
15
years.
When
she
gained
a
higher
degree
with
honours
in
Law
from
Odessa
National
University
the
theme
of
her
diploma
was
"Ship's
P&I
Insurance".
In
1997
Natalia
passed
qualification
exam
at
Odessa
Bar
Association
and
obtained
attorney-at-Law
certificate
and
worked
as
a
lawyer
for
12
years.
Since
being
with
the
company
she
obtained
a
higher
degree
South
Ukrainian
National
pedagogical
University
in
Psychology
with
honours,
and
then
in
2017
defended
her
thesis
and
became
PhD
in
psychology.
In
2017
Natalia
passed
Residential
Training
Course
in
P&I
Insurance
and
Loss
Prevention
at
the
North
of
England
P&I
Association.
Nataliia
is
responsible
for
marketing,
she
involved
in
all
type
of
medical
cases,
personal
injury,
loss
of
life
and
cooperation
with
PEME
accredited clinics and medical facilities.
Olga Svertilova
Claims manager
Olga
has
over
10
years
experience
in
P&I
claims
after
joining
the
company
in
2005
having
gained
a
higher
degree
in
Law
from
Odessa
National
University.
In
2013
Olga
passed
Seafarers
Pre-Departure
Piracy
Train
the
Trainers
Course,
which
was
being
supported
by
MPHRP
partner
organizations
and
in
2015
the
North
of
England
P&I
Club’s
course
-
A
Residential
Training
Course
in
P&I
Insurance
and
Loss
Prevention
and
obtained
the
relevant
certificates.
Since
being
with
the
company
she
also
obtained
an
experience
in
legal
matters
as
an
assistant
of
attorney-at-law
from
2008
till
2010.
As
a
Claims
manager
Olga
is
involved
in
overseeing
all
claims
handling
department
work
and
is
responsible
as
operation
claims
manager
for
all
types
of
claims.
Olga
deals
with
personal
injury
claims,
repatriations,
death
compensation
claims and legal claims.
Aleksandra Boiko

In

she

Service

2017.
She

2013

2017
with
specialization
in

Svetlana

Eugene Postovik
Marine and Cargo Surveyor.
Eugene
joined
the
Company
in
2020.
He
has
over
17
years
professional
experience
in
marine
and
cargo
survey
inspections.
Eugene
has
Master's
degree
and
Naval
Architecture/Marine
Engineering
Degree
at
Odessa
National
Marine
University.
Eugene
started
his
career
as
marine
and
cargo
surveyor
at
survey
companies:
“Ostra
Pandi
Services
Co.
Ltd"
and
Eurogal/GSL.
He
passed
training
courses
and
improved
his
professional
knowledges
and
qualification
as
cargo
marine
surveyor
and
gained
Certificate
of
Cargo
Survey
Proficiency,
Stage
1
and

(2011-2012),
Technical
Cargo
Surveying
(TCS)
Certificate
of
Training

Ultrasonic
Hatch
Cover
Testing

Eugene
is
responsible
for
all
survey
inspections,
such
as:
P&I
and
H&M
condition
surveys,
pre-
shipment
cargo
condition
surveys,
supervision
of
cargo
loading/discharge
operations,
tally
and
cargo
sampling,
damage
surveys
and
investigations,
draught
and
bunker
surveys,
holds
inspections,
on/off-hire
surveys,
coordination
and monitoring of survey inspections.
